“A very special wine”

With the grape used for this pioneering Andalusian wine, we want to demonstrate the quality of our  “mountain grown” Malbec that is both unique and very special.

Tasting Note

On the nose it is an explosion of fresh fruit (redcurrants and raspberries) wrapped in floral notes of violets and a subtle hint of aromatic herbs. On the palate the softness of the tannins is striking. The acidity is vibrant but at the same time juicy and there is a soft, elegant and persistent texture. With air the wine opens up and demonstrates great complexity, minerality and intensity.
