CELLAR TOUR + WINERY PICNIC
On our cellar tour we start in the vineyard, where you will learn about the history of wine making in Ronda and we explain about how we cultivate our vines. You will learn about Anna Marie and Teo Conrad’s story and how they converted an abandoned farm into a beautiful Feng Shui designed working winery. You will then visit the winery facilities where you will learn about our fruit driven approach to wine making and the use of select traditional, French oak barrels, in our cellars to produce full bodied, red wines. To round off the visit you will enjoy a tasting of our four premium wines (1 white and 3 reds) accompanied by local paired delicacies / tapas from the Serrania de Ronda, on the winery terrace overlooking our vineyards.
After the cellar tour you will enjoy a picnic lunch, among the vines, under one of our old oak trees.

– Tasting of 4 premium wines; 3 aged red wines in French oak, including the renowned Cristina (100% Malbec) and 1 white wine aged on it’s lees for 8 months.
– Pairing with local cheese, iberian ham and salchichon from the Serrania de Ronda
– Picnic lunch includes cheese platter and charcuterie board, tortilla, dips, crudités, sourdough breads and extra virgin Ronda, olive oil. All of our food is sourced locally from the Serrania de Ronda.
